Terms of Service

4.1 Purchasing Ducats

The Service uses a virtual currency called "Ducats" to access paid content. Ducats may be purchased with "real world" money. Ducats are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, or a financial instrument. They represent a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access specific digital content within the Service.

4.2 No Refunds (All Sales Final)

You acknowledge and agree that all sales of Ducats and Content are final. The Company does not offer refunds for any purchase unless required by applicable law or in the event of a technical error directly attributable to the Company.

• •Partial Balances: We do not refund remaining Ducat balances.
• •Account Termination: If your account is terminated (voluntarily or involuntarily), you forfeit all accumulated Ducats.

4.3 Service Changes and Discontinuation

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any material discontinuation of the Service. In the event of a merger, acquisition, dissolution, or cessation of operations, the Company shall have no liability to refund the value of any unused Ducats or purchased content, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You acknowledge and agree that in such events, your access to previously purchased content may be permanently terminated.

5.1 Company Content

All content provided on the Service, including novels, translations, text, graphics, logos, and software ("OmO fictions Materials"), is the property of Rivetta Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Republic of Korea, the United States, and other jurisdictions.

5.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from the Content without our express written permission.

6.1 General Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:

• •Post unauthorized commercial communications (spam) or malicious code.
• •Solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
• •Bully, intimidate, or harass any user or author.
• •Post content that is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic.

6.2 Technical Limitations (Anti-Scraping)

You strictly agree NOT to:

• •Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• •Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service or extract Content (crawling/scraping) without our express prior written permission.
• •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service (e.g., DDoS attacks, load testing).
• •Attempt to bypass any security measures or age verification systems.

7.1 Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE LAST THREE (3) MONTHS.

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Service shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in Seoul, Korea, in accordance with the International Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB). The language of the arbitration shall be English. The award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.

11.1 Assignment

These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by the Company without restriction (e.g., in the event of a merger or acquisition).

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.

12.1 Third-Party Fees

You are responsible for any mobile data charges or other fees incurred by your phone service provider while using the Service.

12.2 Unsolicited Materials

The Company does not accept unsolicited pitches, scripts, story ideas, or other materials. If you send us such materials despite this policy, you acknowledge that the Company will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any unsolicited materials, and no compensation will be provided.
